Should I update Account details and password
Yes, defiantly you can secure you’re a/c with change your password, and update your account details like address, credit card , debit card saved details , your cart products and other details.
I am unable to track the shipment, what should I do?
Courier companies update the tracking number on their website after the shipment is handed over to them. Sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for the tracking number to get updated. However, the shipment is on its way to its destination. If you have recently received the shipment details, we would recommend you to wait and try tracking on the website after some time. If the tracking number is still not updated, please get in touch with us.
Why does delivery time for the same product vary from vendor to vendor?
The number of days could vary depending upon your shipping address and seller’s location.
Cancellations & Returns
I see the 'Cancel' button but I can't click on it. Why?
A greyed out and disabled ‘Cancel’ button can mean any one of the following:
1. The item has been delivered already
2. The item is non-refundable (e.g. Gift Card)
How long does it take to cancel an Order?
Cancellation of item(s) in an order happens immediately if the order hasn’t been shipped yet by the seller. If your order has been shipped, it will be cancelled as soon as the courier service confirms that the shipment is being returned to the seller.
What is GoHappyShoppy Return & Exchange Policy?
GoHappyShoppy offers a ’30 DAYS FREE RETURN / EXCHANGE SERVICE’. The policy allows customers to raise the return/exchange request of a product within 30 days of its delivery.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN/EXCHANGE FOR:
a. Inner wear, Lingerie, Swimsuits, Socks
b. Fragrances, Beauty products
c. Anklets, Bangles, Earrings, Bracelets, Brooches, Pendants, Necklaces and Rings
d. Bundled items exchange
I ordered a wrong item. Can I return it
The sellers’ return policies don’t support the return of item(s) ordered wrongly. You can refer the respective seller’s Returns policy on the product page.
How Can I return my Order?
Open your goHappyShoppy account and go for order history select “Return Order” and select return reason give reason specification “SEND” it, and soon your return request is generated.
How do I request a Return of Products?
You can file a return request from your goHappyShoppy account. Use the following steps:
Sign In -> My Account -> Order History
1. Initiate Return from My Account-> Orders.
2. goHappyShoppy Customer care team confirms the return.
3. Pack the Product.
4. Stick Address Label on top.
5. Handover the shipment to courier.
You can place a Return request within 7 days of order delivery. However, in case of Damaged/Missing Product, the Return request should be filed within 2 days of delivery.
Return request will be reviewed by goHappyShoppy.
Return request will be shared with the merchant for his/her approval.
After approval, pickup of the product will be arranged through our courier partners.
If our reverse pickup service is not available on your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The courier charges will be reimbursed by goHappyShoppy.
After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement or Refund is initiated. Please note that Replacement would depend upon the stock availability with the respective merchant.
How the products return process works?
- Send Return request through an e-mail, Phone or system
- Following verification, you will be required to confirm your decision based on the category of product ordered. Three options are available:
- Exchange: Your order will be exchanged for a new identical product of a different size or color
- Replace: The product in your order will be replaced with an identical product in case it is damaged (broken or spoiled) or defective (has a functional problem that causes it not to work) or is not as described
- Refund: If the product of your choice is unavailable in your preferred size or color or model, or if it is out of stock, you may decide that you want your money back. In this scenario, you may choose Refund to have your money returned to you (Refer Step 6)
- Keep ready all the requisite items necessary for a smooth returns process — including invoice, original packaging, price tags, freebies, accessories, etc.
- Pickup and Delivery of your order will be scheduled in case of exchanges and replacements
- Refund will be initiated and processed if applicable.
- Your request will be fulfilled according to GoHappyShoppy’s returns/replacement guarantee
Refunds & Exchange
When do you process a refund?
Refunds are generally initiated in the following scenarios:
1. When Prepaid Orders are cancelled by Customer/Vendor/goHappyShoppy before delivery. (Please refer our Cancellation Policy)
2. If our courier partner is unable to deliver the order.
3. If you wish to return the product, in accordance with our Return Policy.
4. In case you want to replace the product, as per our Replacement policy.
How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?
We take 1 to 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods at Myntra to initiate NEFT transfer and 7 to 10 days for refund into your Credit/Debit/Netbanking account, after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund time really depends on the time it takes the courier company to deliver the packet to the returns processing facility. In case of any refund discrepancies, GoHappyShoppy may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
After the return when I Get Refund or Replacement?
You will get your refund when our sellers get her product as it is he shipped you. Your refund is initiated in business days. And replacement is if your product is available with our seller if not available we give you refund your money.
Why am not able to exchange products?
GoHappyShoppy offers a ’30 DAYS FREE EXCHANGE SERVICE’, wherein you can raise online request for a size exchange of a product. You can also exchange your product with an entirely different product by giving us a missed call on 9739973783 from your registered mobile number. If you are unable to raise the exchange request, it may be due to the reason that your product has crossed the 30 day exchange window. For exchanging the product with another product, please ensure that the new product you have selected must be returnable and exchangeable.
Also, as per GoHappyShoppy policy, the following products are not eligible for exchange:
- Inner wear, Lingerie, Swimsuits, Socks
- Fragrances, Beauty products
- Anklets, Bangles, Earrings, Bracelets, Brooches, Pendants, Necklaces and Rings
- Bundled items
How can I pay my order at goHappyShoppy?
We support the following payment options at goHappyShoppy:
- Cash On Delivery (available in selected pin codes)
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Net banking
Is Cash On Delivery (COD) option is available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery option is available on selected products.If COD option is available, it is mentioned on the product page against the Deal Price. However, in case of any special discount or offer, COD may not be available.
Why I Cant see the COD option on payment page?
If you do not see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Your order value may be less than Rs. 299 or over Rs. 24,999.
- Our courier partners may not support the Cash on Delivery option for your delivery address.
- You may have placed another order using the COD option which is pending delivery. If the amount of this order when added to your current order exceeds Rs. 24,999, then the COD option will be disabled temporarily.
I am being charged GST amount on my Order, what is GST?
GST is a single tax on the supply of goods and services that is levied on every value addition (through production and services) and is added to a product’s sale price. GST has to borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service. If your order is fulfilled on or after July 1st 2017, GST will be applicable on your orders. GST subsumes all other taxes like Excise duty, VAT, Entry tax etc.
How is the GST is amount is decided?
Following rules will govern whether or not additional GST will be applicable on the products purchased by you:
- GST applicability: For a product, if the fulfillment is done on or after July 1st, 2017 and total discount percentage is more than 19% of MRP, then GST may be collected from customer in addition to product price, post discounts. The discounts include those resulting from special offers such as Buy 1 Get 1 and similar offers.
- GST amount: If applicable, the amount of GST collected from customer depends on category
- Apparel/Clothing: Max 12% of net payable (MRP – product discount – coupon discount) will be collected from the customer.
- Footwear: Max 18% of net payable (MRP – product discount – coupon discount) will be collected from the customer.
- Home Furnishing: Min. 5% – Max. 28% of net payable (MRP – product discount – coupon discount) will be collected from the customer.
- Accessories/Other Categories: Max 28% of net payable (MRP – product discount – coupon discount) will be collected from the customer. The amount of GST shown at the cart level is a mere estimate. The actual GST payable shall be determined basis the warehouse (based on availability of the products) from where the goods are being shipped, which will be checked once the order is placed. Only in case of GST being lower than the estimate GST (based on the warehouse from where the goods would be shipped), the customer would be notified of the same and any additional GST paid by the customer would be duly refunded to the customer.
If I return/cancel the purchased product will the GST/VAT amount charged be refunded?
Yes. If you return the product the applicable GST/VAT amount will also be refunded into the source account selected at the time of return initiation. However no refunds of GST/VAT shall be made in relation to shipping charges collected from the consumer under Myntra shipping policy.
